Devlog April 6th, 2020


So it's been a busy week for me after the Kickstarter ended. Besides the usual soul searching, I spent a lot of time thinking on how to continue production of the game. My goal is to ship the game as soon as possible and iterate based on player feedback. As it stands this is what I'll be working on next:

   


 My goal is to send you updates on the development every 2 weeks, just to keep you in the loop. If you have any questions/comments or just want to check out the development in more detail, come join our discord.  In terms of the project itself, I've made an update removing all KS info, as that won't longer be valid for a while; there will be more to come soon!

 In the meantime, here are some suggestions on things to do while we're all in Quarantine:


 

What To Play?

I just finished the game Hollow Knight on Steam. If you want an exploration based game with deep lore and a dark foreboding atmosphere, this is the one to try (it's also available for consoles).

What To Read?

This week I want to suggest the adventures of Titus Crow by Brian Lumley. It's a Sherlockian take on the Cthulu Mythos; chock full of references for fans of Lovecraft.

What To Dev?

An oldy but a goody, David Logan has a three part series on what to be aware of if you ever want to work with a publisher. For a lot of indie devs, publishers are a black box; so its awesome to see someone sharing knowledge on how to approach them.
